You drank too much last night, and now you feel it all over your body and are now googling how to get rid of your hangover the quickest and fastest way possible?

1. Drinking fluids. 

One of the most effective ways to prevent a hangover is to stay hydrated. Alcohol is a diuretic, meaning it makes you urinate more, leading to dehydration—a major cause of hangover symptoms like headaches and dizziness.
Start hydrating before you begin drinking, continue sipping water between alcoholic drinks, and ensure you drink a large glass of water before bed.

Drinking may lower blood sugar levels, so theoretically some of the fatigue and headaches of a hangover may be from a brain working without enough of its main fuel.

3. Avoiding darker-colored alcoholic beverages.

4. Eggs

Eggs are rich in cysteine, an amino acid that your body uses to produce the antioxidant glutathione. Drinking alcohol decreases the body’s stores of glutathione.
